Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Dripsy (the "Service"), operated by the Dripsy team ("Dripsy," "we," "us"). By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're using an Account on behalf of a business, that business. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
Dripsy lets an Account author a sequence of text or email messages once and have them go out automatically on a schedule the Account sets, to contacts ("Recipients") the Account adds. Dripsy is currently invite-only: there's no public sign-up, and we provision each Account directly rather than through self-serve registration.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your Account, including anything done by other users you allow access to it.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send messages to a Recipient without the legal right or consent to do so.
- Send content that's unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates applicable messaging laws (for example, the TCPA or CAN-SPAM in the US) or the acceptable-use policies of our delivery providers (Twilio and SendGrid).
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send malware, phishing content, or anything designed to deceive a Recipient about its sender.
We may suspend or remove content, or suspend an Account, if we reasonably believe it violates this section — see "Suspension and termination" below.
Your content and message recipients
You keep ownership of the message content and Recipient information you put into Dripsy ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to transmit your messages through Twilio and SendGrid on the schedule you set.
You're solely responsible for Your Content and for your Recipients: that you have the right to message them, that your messages comply with applicable law, and that you honor opt-out requests. Dripsy is infrastructure for sending what you author — we don't review message content before it goes out, and we're not a party to the relationship between you and your Recipients.
Fees
Dripsy is currently offered free of charge during its invite-only phase. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you what they cost and get your agreement before charging you anything, and we'll update these Terms accordingly.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Delivery of any individual message also depends on third parties we don't control — carriers, Twilio, SendGrid, and a Recipient's own device or inbox — and we can't guarantee that a message we accept for sending will actually reach its Recipient.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practical. You may stop using the Service, or ask us to close your Account, at any time by contacting us.
Intellectual property
The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to Dripsy and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripsy won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service won't exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Dripsy against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms — including claims brought by your Recipients.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active Accounts directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
